The Ravings of Trolls Distracts FOCUS From Real Watchtower Scandals

my thread was inspired by gentledawn's insightful comment about the effect the events in wales had on her jw husband.... hope any lurkers out there can filter out the signal (storys and experiences like this) to noise (the current trolls running amok on the forums) ratios.

this the problem with those who focus on outrageous fantasies about the watchtower.

it distracts from the real issues that need to be highlighted.. what happened in wales was for real.

Edited to add . . It appears to me that there are some long term posters here who are acting a little threatened by the return of Focus . . they might have to give up some of their thunder . . I never was much of a contributor here, I contributed more on the old h2o board, Although I do look over the threads here every day. The return of Focus is one of those times that the SSN Locutus of Borg surfaced to comment on a few things . .

10 years ago i stopped attending jehovah's witness meetings for good.

walked out of the kingdom hall cold turkey never to return based on injustices i observed among others and myself at the hands of elders giving out not god's counsel but personal opinions as counsel .

some of them weren't even giving out wt society counsel- just personal opinions.
